Job Description
PENNSYLVANIA - Jacob’s Church seeks part-time youth leader. The church is in New Tripoli, PA, a rural area in Northeast PA with weekly church attendance of 125-150. We are excited for what God is doing in our church and we are looking for a special person to join us in our vision to bring the Good News of God’s Kingdom to this area. We are excited to see the Kingdom grow as we look towards the future. The candidate filling this role will be an important part of the Jacob’s Church Ministry team. The youth leader will provide spiritual guidance and biblical teachings to youth of all ages and young adults. The youth leader’s other responsibilities include establishing and directing youth services and activities for the church, as well as conducting community outreach events. She or he will work collaboratively with church leadership to provide programming and relational ministry to our teens as well as providing support to expand our current children’s ministries program such as children’s church and VBS. We strive to build a ministry that is built on a relational ministry model, as we believe that disciples grow best in relationship and community. This is a part time position.
