Thriving church in a rural community is seeking an Interim Pastor for a term of 1 - 3 years. Our beloved pastor of 26 years suddenly passed in December 2022. We are seeking a compassionate pastor who can lead us through our grieving period and help us to maintain or grow our congregation. We need someone who can guide us in identifying our goals, visions and mission and enable us to unite as we search for a permanent pastor. They should be personable and approachable and have a strong commitment to teens and children while possessing the ability to work with all age groups. Must be flexible and capable of handling strong personalities. They will be an effective, inspiring worship leader, exhibiting spiritual maturity and teaching from the Bible.
