Exciting Opportunity: Youth Leaders Needed at Pleasant Valley Church!

Pleasant Valley Church invites you to join our dynamic team as Youth Leaders! We are seeking a dedicated couple to inspire and guide the next generation through engaging after-school programs, exciting day camps and more.

Impactful Role: Make a difference in the lives of the area youth by shaping their experiences, values, friendships, and spiritual growth.
Supportive Environment: Collaborate with a team of passionate individuals dedicated to creating a nurturing space for children middle school age and up.
Future endeavors: Formulate and create and craft a Youth Program for the area.
Responsibilities: After-School Program (During School Months):
- Develop engaging and educational activities for students.
- Foster a supportive environment where students can learn, play, and grow.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to help students thrive academically, socially, and spiritually.
Day Camps (Summer Months):
- Plan and organize four weeks of exciting summer camps annually with a focus on creativity, teamwork, and exploration.
- Create bible themed events and activities.
- Lead fun-filled activities, workshops, and outings for camp participants.
- Create memorable experiences that promote learning and friendship.
Hours:
- Afternoons/evenings during the school year.
- Daytime hours during the summer months.
- Sunday school responsibilities year-round.
Requirements:
- Enthusiasm for working with youth and a passion for their personal and spiritual growth.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse group of volunteers and church members.
- Previous experience in youth-related activities or education is a plus.
- A love for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
