Job Description

Friendly Community Baptist Church is seeking a Senior Pastor.

We are a non-denominational church in the small town of Burgaw, NC.

FCBC exists to see lives transformed by the power of God through creating God-centered relationships; beginning in our own hearts and overflowing into our families, friends, the community, and the world.

Our Mission:
1. Connect to God - Creative, fresh, and authentic worship. A worshipping people teaches and lives the Bible.
2. A Community of Believers - A huge value to the church, be authentic as a church/love people/involvement in Small Groups.
3. Changing the World - Proactive in Evangelism, creating full devoted followers of Christ.

Friendly is a congregation of around 75-100 members.

Friendly is seeking who God has chosen to be our shepherd. Resumes will be submitted to our Pastor Selection Committee, and reviewed. Applicants will be reached out to by a member of the PSC.
