Worship/Creative Pastor
FULL TIME


P R I M A R Y R O L E

The primary role of the Worship/Creative Pastor is to craft an engaging worship service using music and art to connect people to God.

D U T I E S & R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S
Plan and coordinate worship services and special events including scheduling Worship Team and Tech Team.
Oversee all technical aspects of the service including audio, video (livestream), lights, and ProPresenter media.
Develop and Train Worship Team and Tech Team.
Collaborate with Pastors and Staff to create sermon series, graphics, and videos.
Create and implement a social media strategy for the church.

Tracy Community Church is a place where people can meet Jesus, engage in a life-giving community, and everyone is welcome. We believe in creating a space where people can have authentic encounters with Christ, discover their gifts, and use them for God's glory.
TCC also runs a private school (West Valley Christian Academy) on the property and offers free Preschool-8th education for staff families.
P R E F E R R E D  S K I L L S  N E E D E D
Proficient in Planning Center Online, ProPresenter, Adobe Creative Suite (orsome sort of graphic & video editor), familiar with Prime or similar software for running tracks (and midi controlled lyrics), Guitar or Piano, Vocals, Harmonies, and teaching/leading players and singers.
