About the church:

Fearless Church is a brand new non-denominational church launching in Port Charlotte Florida. We have a heart to reach our city and beyond with the life-changing message of Jesus! This is lived out through dynamic worship experiences, reaching the lost, and empowering a vibrant community of believers to live a fearless faith. Fearless church is currently in the Pre-Launch phase where we are training new leaders and team members for our Fall 2022 launch.

***This position is volunteer and will turn into full time as the church launches and grows. This is an opportunity to get into the ground floor and create something great with a blank canvas.

Do you have a firm belief that a child's faith begins at home? Are you creative, and love to provide meaningful experiences for kids and their families? If so, then you could be the Fearless Kids Pastor!

The Fearless Kids Pastor provides leadership, vision, and organization to the children's ministry (infant-5th grade) of Fearless Church. We are looking for a leader of leaders; someone who is able to recruit, inspire, train, and shepherd a volunteer team to create excellent, life-changing experiences for kids. 

The Kids Pastor must possess a desire to disciple kids and families, and help Fearless Church accomplish these top three objectives:

1. Develop and lead a well-rounded kids ministry that effectively partners with parents and families to give every kid a caring adult leader, a place to belong, and space to discover God's great love for them.


2. Create a thriving culture that kids get excited to be a part of—through small groups, caring adult relationships, engaging environments, and interactive experiences. 


3. Provide strategic family experiences throughout the year that are fun, unique, engaging, and equip parents to be disciple-makers at home.
