The Candleberry Chapel in Attleboro, Massachusetts seeks a settled, part-time Pastor. (The position currently is for 20-25 hours per week, with an opportunity for the right candidate to become full time based on church growth.) We are a non-denominational chapel in name, but the term �inter-denominational� more accurately describes our Chapel. The membership and regular attendees of Candleberry Chapel come from a variety of faith traditions, and our worship and our fellowship seeks to honor the one thing we all share in common: a belief that Jesus is the Messiah, Son of the Living God, Lord and Savior.

We are a worshipping community of about 75 regular attendees in two services each week. We regularly meet for worship at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday evenings and 9:30 a.m. on Sunday mornings. Our worship is best described as traditional, with a flexibility that allows for other types of worship expressions. Each service is followed by a time of fellowship. Ours is a unique worship setting: a former carriage house that has been remodeled to accommodate approximately 100 people in worship services and other weekly activities.

The Candleberry Chapel seeks a Pastor who is a dynamic preacher who has a heart for pastoral care and fellowship, and who can help lead us into an even deeper relationship with God as revealed in Jesus Christ, and with our community through outreach and service.

This position is a wonderful opportunity for a bi-vocational pastor. Located approximately 15 miles from Providence, Rhode Island and 35 miles from Boston, Massachusetts, we are nicely situated for a myriad of employment opportunities, as well as being in the heart of southern New England and all that affords.
