Creekside Church is all about helping people . . . Follow Jesus. Love God. Love People. Launched in 1989, the church�s Waterloo campus is located on 33 acres in northwest Waterloo. Creekside has a second campus in Kitchener in a leased facility. Creekside is a non-denominational, evangelical, contemporary, team-oriented, growing congregation (averaging 2100+ per Sunday) with multiple staff, and five Sunday services across two physical campuses. Creekside also has an online campus. Creekside is passionate about evangelism, worship, teaching and caring for those both inside and outside the church family.

Creekside is looking for a catalytic leader and energetic self-starter to join us as the Co-Lead Teaching Pastor at Creekside. This leader will be initially serving alongside the present Teaching Pastor and the Executive Pastor to provide day to day leadership over the church. This person will succeed the existing Teaching Pastor and Co-lead alongside the Executive Pastor. The person is responsible to team teach with the present Teaching Pastor at appropriate events as well as serve in other roles appropriate to the needs of the church and the responsibilities of this role. YOU WILL BE:

Teaching:

Partnering initially with the existing Teaching Pastor in ordering the Weekend Service Teaching Calendar
Team-teaching with the present Teaching Pastor at Weekend Services
Participating with the Service Planning Team in ordering the services
Giving oversight, along with the present Teaching Pastor, to the teaching ministry throughout the church (this includes Kids, youth, young adults, adults, LifeGroups etc.)
Leading:

Serving as an active member of the Elders� Team
Co-leading with the Teaching Pastor and the Executive Pastor under the authority of the Elders Team to lead the staff and church community
Coaching Pastors as appropriate to previous ministry experience and strengths
Casting vision for the church and for various ministries alongside the present Teaching Pastor and Executive Pastor
