Reporting to founders of Power Cross- Jeff & Natalie Storment and Director of Operations- Cory Knight, the Salisbury Campus Manager is responsible for leading and managing a comprehensive array of services and programs daily at Power Cross.

Desciption and Responsibilities
Monday-Thursday 10:00am-8:30PM, Fridays as needed.
Saturday & Sunday hours per activity and season.



  • Carry out daily scheduling and programming for staff, volunteers, and participants.

  • Assist in creating the montly program activity calendar  best utilizing the resources, staff, and volunteers of Power Cross for optimal impact on program participants.

  • Schedule staffs daily activities in coordination with DOO.

  • Create daily staff agendas and expectations

  • Assist staff in completing daily logistic needs.

  • Develop relationships with members of the community and volunteers.

  • Secure facilities for athletic and event programming.

  • Oversee facility grounds, vehichle and maintence for each.

  • Lead Bible Study, or oversee the leadership of Bible Study, and Daily Discipleship of participants.

  • Communitcate with participants, parents and guardians.

  • Be on-site for all activities and on location at all athletic programming.

  • Coach in sports you have knowledge and experience, assist in those you do not.

  • Train and recruit volunteer and paid coaching positions.

  • Mentor the participants to make decisions that will honor Christ.

  • Be "On Call" for emergerncy situations with our families and provide support when possible.
