We are Living Faith Christian Church. Located on Long Island in the New York metro area, we live and serve in the place where people are lost, and God is at work. We see people come in with little or no knowledge of the Bible all the time. We are here to bring glory to God by guiding people to know and grow in Jesus Christ. As a staff, the stories of God changing lives pulls us together and propels us forward.
Like other churches, when COVID hit we went online. In keeping with our church culture, we decided God had a plan and we would give our best to do it well. Today, we fewer onsite and far more online than before COVID. Our impact has expanded instead of reduced. Now, it is essential our team expand as well.
We are searching for the man God is calling to join our senior staff as Associate Pastor. The role demands some theological training, strong preaching/teaching skills, and solid experience of leading full-time staff for several years successfully. Someone with the ability to care for God’s people and connect with those seeking Christ. Experience and training are important in this role.

This is a full-time position and includes a compensation package based on the cost of living on Long Island. In addition to salary, we offer housing options. The position includes full medical coverage and a dental plan for your entire family along with a retirement plan. All of these plus moving costs are paid.
