Next Gen Administrative Assistant


The Next Gen Administrative Assistant will serve as a member of the Next Gen team for the on-going development of a cohesive ministry to effectively partner with and equip the families of FBCA. This individual will actively contribute to the spiritual growth of children, students, and their families within the ministry to Know Jesus, Discover Hope, Experience Family and Live Sent.

Position Responsibilities:



  • Assist the Next Gen team in planning and administrating all weekly and annual ministries events that includes, but is not limited to, Sunday mornings, Wednesday Nights, training meetings, summer camp, VBS, Parent’s Night Out, SHINE Ministry, etc.

  • Obtain, organize, and prep resources and material for the weekly environments.

  • Incorporate processes/systems to manage resources/materials for weekly programming.

  • Professionally communicate to guests and prospects.

  • Coordinate and provide adequate support for Sunday/Wednesday night programming.

  • Help strategize, plan, and implement programming.

  • Steward church resources effectively.

  • Aid in the communication and recruitment of ministry volunteers.

  • Keep detailed and accurate records for events, promotions, reports, and financials.

  • Participate in Next Generation Team meetings.


Weekly Hours


Monday - Thursday | 8:30AM - 4:30PM (28 Hours A Week)
