House of Prayer Associate Pastor
Full-time 40+ hrs/week
Bachelor degree or comparable ministry experience required.

Qualifications
Meet the qualifications of 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:6-9
Models a personal relationship with Christ and is committed to continued spiritual growth.
Models the heart of a shepherd.
Holds beliefs consistent with the church's Statement of Faith.

What are we looking for?
This position will require an individual who can build and develop teams and give leadership to various areas of ministry. We are looking for a visionary team player with strong administrative, organizational and interpersonal skills. Candidate must be aligned with the House of Prayer ministry focus which includes a strong emphasis on equipping the saints and engaging our world.  We seek to fulfill the great comission locally through benevolent ministries and our summer camp, Canal Lake Bible Camp and globally through our missions program. Candidate must be digitally knowledgeable and capable.

Responsibilities
Overseeing adult discipleship ministries
Identifying and discipling leaders for ministry
Building and developing ministry teams
Community realtions and outreach
Regular teaching and occasional preaching
Management of support staff
Work under the direction of Senior Pastor and church leadership

Compensation
Salary: based on education and experience
Matching 403(b)(9) contributions to 3%
