Kingdom Life Church is in the pre-launch phase and is in search of a worship leader. We are searching for someone who has a passion and vision for leading worship in the local church setting. We have a vision to do church a little differently and are looking for someone who: - Loves leading others in authentic and inspiring worship - Has gifting in music and leadership - Has some experience in a worship leadership setting - Has a desire to follow what God is doing in our city and see more of the Kingdom here now - Has a strong and growing relationship with God in Christ following the Holy Spirit - Is ready to join a team in church planting and is excited about starting something new
Responsibilities will include: - Build and manage a worship team - Lead worship and raise up other leaders - Help others lean into their musical gifting and encourage growth - Develop vision with the worship team - Care and maintenance for equipment and tech

We want to break free from the individualistic, consumeristic, and passive tendencies of the American church. We want to be a people who do life and discipleship together; and who go out from our borders and walls to do the work of the Kingdom in our local communities, loving and caring for people as Jesus did. - We want to see the Church easily available to every person in every neighborhood. We want to follow the early Church’s example of multiplication instead of the American tendency of mega-growth and large buildings. We want to be a network of churches in every city in Hampton Roads.
