The Kids World Director loves Jesus, kids and caffeine (in that order)! As a Kids World Director at IFC you are responsible for the stewardship of our most precious gifts, our children, the next generation. We desire for the children of IFC to know God for themselves. This happens by being taught the Word of God in a creative, age appropriate way, spending time in the presence of God and having fun together. The Kids World Director knows that in order for this to happen, they have to be surrounded by a team of people who are loved, led and trained well.
Qualifications
Proven ability to develop and implement curriculum
Strong personal walk with the Lord
Personal focus on growth in leadership
Previous experience in creating an overall team development plan
Positive attitude and positive approach to problem solving. Must be solution oriented.
Minimum Requirements
3-5 years of experience leading teams and working in family ministry
Bachelors or Associates and/or Bible School Graduate
Experience in managing a budget of at least $25k
