Full Job Description: Praise and Worship Coordinator
We are a relaunched prophetic church seeking a Spirit-filled, vibrant Praise and Worship Coordinator to help build and lead our growing worship team.

Role Overview: The Praise and Worship Coordinator will:
- Lead and develop the praise and worship team
- Foster a culture of excellence, humility, and spiritual growth
- Collaborate closely with church leadership to align worship with the church’s vision
- Create engaging worship experiences that invite the congregation into deeper connection with God
- Be proficient with musical instruments and able to contribute actively during worship services and rehearsals
Spiritual Qualifications: We are seeking someone who:
- Is a born-again believer in Jesus Christ
- Has been baptized in the Holy Ghost with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues
- Demonstrates a servant’s heart and a teachable spirit
- Is passionate about Spirit-filled worship and prophetic ministry
- Has experience in leading worship and working with vocalists and musicians
- Is committed to building community and growing with the team
