About Fellowship Alliance Chapel
FAC is a single-site, multigenerational church with an average weekend attendance of approximately 1,200 people. We are an elder-governed, staff-led church, with a dedicated team of 20+ staff members serving across a wide range of ministries.

The Opportunity
The Senior Pastor serves as the primary spiritual leader and directional visionary of the church, working in partnership with the Elder Board and leading the staff team.

Key Responsibilities
Spiritual & Visionary Leadership
- Provide clear, compelling, and biblically grounded vision aligned with FAC’s mission
- Lead the congregation toward deeper spiritual maturity and missional living
- Champion prayer, discipleship, and evangelism
Preaching & Teaching
- Serve as the primary preacher, delivering engaging, Scripture-centered messages
- Communicate truth with clarity, relevance, and pastoral sensitivity
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 20+ staff members
- Foster a healthy, unified, and mission-driven staff culture
- Equip leaders and volunteers across all ministry areas
Governance & Collaboration
- Work closely with a plurality of elders in spiritual oversight and decision-making
- Partner with leadership on strategic planning, financial stewardship, and future initiatives
Community & Outreach Engagement
- Represent FAC in the local community and broader region
- Encourage and expand local and global missions involvement
Candidate Profile
Spiritual & Personal Qualifications
- A clear and compelling calling to pastoral ministry
- Deep, growing relationship with Jesus Christ
- Demonstrates humility, integrity, and servant leadership
- A heart for discipleship and reaching the lost
Theological Alignment
- Committed to evangelical theology
- Alignment with the doctrine and mission of the Christian & Missionary Alliance
- Willing and able to obtain (or maintain) C&MA licensing and ordination
Leadership Experience & Required Qualifications
- Proven experience leading a church or large ministry context
- Ability to lead through growth, change, and future vision
- Strong communicator and organizational leader
- Seminary education or equivalent ministry preparation
- Minimum 5 years senior pastoral experience
- Strong expository preaching and teaching abilities
- Demonstrated leadership in staff management and organizational development
- Experience with financial stewardship and capital campaigns preferred
- Christian & Missionary Alliance ordination required (or willingness to obtain)
- Theological alignment with evangelical and C&MA beliefs
- Must be a US Citizen.
